How do I choose my size?

What are your products made of?

Each product page lists the fiber content by percentage, care instructions and country of origin.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship from our U.S. warehouse: 1–3 business days to process plus 3–7 business days in transit, about 4–10 business days in total. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order weight. Orders of $69 or more to the contiguous U.S. ship free.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Request a return within 14 days of delivery and choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn (apart from a brief try-on over your own underwear), unwashed, with tags and any hygiene liner intact. You pay return postage for size or change-of-mind returns; original shipping isn't refunded for those. See Returns & Refunds.

What if my item is faulty or wrong?

Email us with your order number and a photo of the item or packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund, and cover any return postage.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 15 minutes of ordering for a full refund. Email mail@kittyshape.com. After that we'll try to stop it; if it has shipped, you can use our return process.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain outer packaging.

Is shapewear a medical product?

No. Our garments are for everyday shaping and comfort, not medical use. If you are pregnant, recently gave birth or had surgery, ask your healthcare provider before wearing compression garments.
